The Civil Guard has arrested in
Barcelona
a man allegedly related to Daesh who maintained connections with jihadists from other countries after detecting that he had been carrying out intense propaganda activity in favor of terrorism.
As reported by the General Directorate of the Civil Guard, national and international cooperation has been essential in this operation due to the important connections that the arrested person had with other terrorists based in Asia, Europe and North America.
Through his social media profiles, the detainee disseminated and translated abundant jihadist content about terrorist activities carried out in different scenarios and material suitable for the manufacture of explosives.
