The press service of the Kyrgyz diplomatic department explained that this is due to the adoption by the Russian side of increased security measures after the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow.

“...The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that citizens who do not have compelling reasons to travel to the Russian Federation temporarily refrain from traveling to its territory until additional security measures and a regime of enhanced control over entry across the state border are lifted,” the message says.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the Russian special services are working tirelessly.
