As Ivan V., a resident of the military town of Teykovo (Ivanovo region), said (data changed at his request), then he went to this particular hairdresser, since his close friend Ali had just opened it. This was three months before the terrorist attack.

“Am I scared now that I know that a terrorist held a sharp razor to my throat? No, to be honest: today he cut my hair, and then he went... No one could know this. But when I saw his photo on the news and found out, of course, I was blown away. I was driving a car and even had to stop,” recalls Ivan.

According to him, the man did not discuss politics or Ukraine with him - he spoke Russian with difficulty. At first, clients often complained to the barbershop owner about Fayzov’s work: they didn’t like the way he cut his hair and had to redo it.

“Ali also complained that Fayzov is uncontrollable: a person comes who has signed up, for example, for noon, and the place is occupied - he cuts the hair of his Tajik friends out of turn. They explained to him: you can’t do this,” says Ivan.

Fayzov worked all day with one day off, and after a couple of weeks he demanded a salary increase from the owner of the barbershop. It was not possible to reach an agreement with him, and in early January the hairdresser left without working for two weeks.

After this, Fayzov’s traces are lost, neither Ali nor Ivan know about his fate, but, according to Ivan, it was suspicious that the 19-year-old guy disappeared from the network for almost two months.

Now the barbershop where Fayzov cut people’s hair is not working, and its owners are receiving threats.

Fayzov himself was arrested until May 22, as were his accomplices: Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda and Shamsidin Fariduni.

As a source told RT, those accused of the terrorist attack, Muhammadsobir Fayzov and Fariduni Shamsidin, knew each other before the terrorist attack and communicated in Podolsk.
