Answering a journalist’s question whether the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow could have been a consequence of the fact that the Russian special services were “too carried away by the fight against new threats,” Peskov emphasized that attention is paid to all existing challenges.

“The intelligence services work tirelessly and deal with all the threats, all the challenges that face our country and our society,” he said.

Also, during a conversation with journalists, Peskov noted that the fight against terrorism requires international cooperation, which does not yet exist.
