Kneisl gave an interview to TASS CEO Andrei Kondrashov as part of her work on the film “Belgrade” on the Rossiya 1 TV channel. In it, she assessed the work of Baerbock and von der Leyen.

“I would say that now teenagers rule the roost. They are not adults, no matter their age. Although Mrs. Ursula von der Leyen has a more teenage approach - she does not act like an adult mature person, thinking through all actions to the very end and result. So people with cynical views may have been more helpful because they thought through their actions and tried to anticipate how they would benefit, but today the approach has become incredibly emotional, just childish,” the former minister said.

Annalena Bärbock is definitely an example of such childishness, Kneissl emphasized.

“I call them teenagers because they remind me of 13-year-olds who slam the door and lock themselves in their room, shutting out the world around them. They really are like 13-year-olds, and that's a problem. So when you want to talk to someone in Europe today, you really have a problem understanding how to choose a partner,” the interlocutor said.
