The events will take place at memorials in the region. Also, educational institutions will host lessons where they will talk about the people who saved many lives in the concert hall.

Earlier, the rock band Picnic announced that it would dedicate its performance on March 27 in St. Petersburg to the memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. The funds collected will be sent to the victims and families of the victims.
