Al Jazeera's correspondent reported that 41 Palestinians were martyred and dozens injured in Israeli raids that targeted homes in various areas in the central and southern Gaza Strip, while the occupation continued its siege of several hospitals and intensified its bombing of Beit Lahia and Jabalia.

The reporter said that the number of martyrs in a bombing that targeted the Salman family’s home on Al-Bi’ah Street in Deir Al-Balah in the central sector rose to 22 martyrs.

The reporter added that civil defense teams recovered the bodies of 6 martyrs following a violent bombardment on the town of Al-Qarara, north of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

The reporter reported that a martyr and a number of injured people, most of them children, arrived at the European Hospital in Khan Yunis as a result of a bombing that targeted the Al-Nasr neighborhood and the Kurdi family’s home in the Al-Geneina neighborhood, east of Rafah, in the south of the Gaza Strip. He pointed out that the bodies of 6 martyrs were recovered following a bombing on Hamad Town, north of Khan Yunis.

The correspondent said that Kuwait Hospital in turn received three martyrs and a number of injured people as a result of the recent bombing of the Barhoum family’s home in the “Yabna” camp in central Rafah, bringing the number of martyrs in the raids on six homes to 30 martyrs, most of whom were children and women.

Bombardment and siege

In the north, Al-Aqsa satellite channel said that occupation helicopters and vehicles opened heavy fire towards Jabalia camp and Beit Lahia.

Since the outbreak of the war on October 7, the aggression and starvation campaign on the Gaza Strip has left tens of thousands of civilians martyred and wounded, most of them children and women.

The aggression also caused a humanitarian catastrophe and massive infrastructure destruction, which led to Tel Aviv being brought before the International Court of Justice on charges of genocide.
