Across the country, polling stations are preparing to open at 8 a.m. UT and welcome more than 7 million voters. Initially scheduled for February 25, the vote was canceled before being rescheduled several times, but this time it is the right one.
In the Saint-Louis region in the north of the country where our correspondent

In the courtyard of the Ndatté Yalla school in the southern district, the materials have been delivered, the ballot boxes are there as well as the 19 ballot papers for the 19 candidates in the running, even if there are now 17 after the rallying of two suitors to the opponent Bassirou Diomaye Faye, the replacement candidate of the ex-Pastef.
For now, everything is in a room secured by several police officers, and the presidents of the school's five polling stations will come and collect them a little before 8 a.m. Several office presidents and assessors have arrived on site, however the candidates' representatives have not yet arrived.
