Anna Kannoeva, head of the traffic dispute resolution practice at the Steps Law Company, told the Prime agency about this.
According to her, the number of allowable penalty points during driving practice will increase from 5 to 7. In addition, the exercise “turning in a confined space” can now be performed in a seven-meter corridor, and not in a five-meter one.
At the same time, the period between attempts to pass the exams will increase. If a student fails three attempts, subsequent attempts are possible only after six months, but no later than nine months.
It was previously reported that, according to a new study, 46% were able to pass the traffic police exam on the first try.
It also became known that from April 1 it is necessary to exchange foreign rights for Russian ones.
