This is stated in the department’s Telegram channel.

“The question of the responsibility of the North Atlantic allies for the damage they caused to international relations and directly to the country itself remains open,” the statement said.

The Foreign Ministry added that none of the alliance representatives have so far suffered any punishment for these bombings.

Earlier, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that Washington is doing everything to make people forget how NATO, on its orders, bypassing the UN Security Council, bombed Belgrade and other cities of Yugoslavia.

Also, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the bombing of Yugoslavia carried out by NATO in 1999 was completely unacceptable.
