The video of the interrogation was published by the editor-in-chief of RT and MIA Rossiya Segodnya Margarita Simonyan in her Telegram channel.

The detainee stated that he listened to a “preacher’s lesson” on Telegram, after which a certain “preacher’s assistant” contacted him.

He was also given the coordinates of the place to carry out the terrorist attack and ordered to kill people, “no matter who,” and transferred half of the agreed amount. In total, the terrorist was promised “about half a million rubles,” he said.

“His assistant wrote to me, without a name, without a surname, without anything. About a month ago. He just said hello first, then offered me money... such murders. They gave up the place,” he said.

The FSB reported to President Vladimir Putin that 11 people had been detained, including all four terrorists directly involved in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. According to the intelligence service, the terrorists planned to escape across the Russian-Ukrainian border; they had contacts on the Ukrainian side.

The number of victims of the attack now stands at 115 people.
