“Shock, grief, deepest grief, sympathy for those who suffered or lost loved ones and friends. And, of course, anger. This is an absolute desire to ensure that not only those who fired are detained, but also those who targeted them, who organized all this, are identified,” Kosachev noted.

He added that these days he is working in the Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

“In the international parliamentary community, I feel sincere, devoid of any political conjuncture, feelings of condolences and involvement in our grief on the part of various national delegations. Including from unfriendly countries. People come up, people express their grief. There is a feeling of amazing unity around this grief. We are sincerely grateful to our colleagues for such support,” added the vice speaker.

Earlier, the FSB reported to President Vladimir Putin about the detention of 11 people, including all four terrorists directly involved in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. According to the intelligence service, the terrorists planned to escape across the Russian-Ukrainian border; they had contacts on the Ukrainian side.

The number of victims of the attack now stands at 115 people.
