According to RIA Novosti, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov stated this.

“We did not receive any notifications or messages in advance... we paid attention to this, but... I had no contacts with either the White House or the State Department on this issue,” the diplomat said.

Also, Antonov, in light of the terrorist attack in Crocus, said that contacts between the United States and Russia in the fight against terrorism were destroyed, and not through the fault of Moscow.

Earlier, White House National Security Council spokeswoman Adrienne Watson said that in March the United States received information about the preparation of a terrorist attack in Moscow and shared it with the Russian side.
