This is yet another strategic signal. After the Head of State,
Emmanuel Macron, who declared at the end of February
that the sending of Western soldiers to Ukraine could not be excluded, Thierry Burkhard in turn announced that Western support could go beyond the simple delivery of weapons. While receiving his Swedish counterpart General Biden in Paris, he indicated that

must prepare for all eventualities.
