“We would prefer that the United States call on the Kiev regime to completely renounce its essence, its terrorist activity in relation, first of all, to peaceful social facilities and residential buildings,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
Financial Times journalists previously reported that Washington warned Kyiv that drone strikes on Russian energy sector enterprises could lead to an increase in world oil prices.
