Israeli media announced that three soldiers were injured in clashes with a Palestinian gunman who attacked a settler bus west of Ramallah.

Israeli media and Palestinian eyewitnesses reported that the occupation army forces evacuated wounded people from the place.

Israeli radio had reported from the army that the bus came under fire from one or more gunmen in a valley adjacent to the Dolev and Talmon settlements, which are built on the lands of Palestinian villages there. The Israeli occupation army sent reinforcements to its forces between the villages of Deir Bazi' and Kafr Ni'ma, west of Ramallah, following the operation.

Before that, armed confrontations broke out early today, Friday, in the city of Tubas between resistance fighters and the Israeli occupation forces, which carried out new night incursions into several areas in the West Bank.

Al Jazeera's correspondent reported that clashes occurred and explosions were heard after Israeli forces stormed the city of Tubas.

Palestinian sources said that resistance fighters targeted the forces that stormed Tubas with explosive devices, and activists broadcast video clips of the clashes on social media platforms.

Also in the northern West Bank, activists reported that Israeli forces stormed the Nazzal neighborhood in Qalqilya and raided the house of prisoner Muhammad Melhem.

Sources also reported that gunfire occurred at Israeli forces as they stormed Qalqilya.

Simultaneously, the Israeli army stormed the town of Arraba, south of the city of Jenin, and the town of Allar, north of Tulkarm, also in the north of the West Bank.

In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces stormed the village of Al-Tuwanah in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, according to an Al Jazeera correspondent.

In occupied Jerusalem, confrontations broke out between Palestinian youth and the Israeli occupation forces in the vicinity of the Shuafat checkpoint, and video clips showed the youth using fireworks against the occupation soldiers.

Assassination campaign

The new incursions come after a day that witnessed Israeli assassinations targeting Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin, Tulkarm, and Jericho.

The assassinations occurred especially in the Jenin camp, the Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm, and the Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho.

The occupation used drones to target resistance fighters in the Jenin and Nour Shams camps.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said yesterday, Thursday, that the number of martyrs rose to 11 within hours.
