This year, Beijing will raise funds for the construction of 70,000 affordable rental housing units and complete the construction of 80,000 affordable housing units of various types. “In terms of the location of these housing units, we give priority to areas around subway stations, industrial parks where they work and live, and areas with better supporting facilities.”
