Gutsul noted that Putin’s re-election as head of the Russian state indicates active support for his course aimed at socio-economic development and strengthening the country in the international arena.
“On behalf of the Gagauz people and on my own behalf, I send sincere congratulations on the occasion of your convincing victory in the presidential elections of the Russian Federation,” she wrote in her personal Telegram channel.
Earlier, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated Putin on his convincing victory in the elections.
