Nokuhania Jele, adviser to the President of South Africa on legal issues, will go to Ukraine with him.

“On Wednesday, 20 March 2024, they will join other international partners in negotiations with senior Ukrainian officials,” the South African Foreign Office said.

In February, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said that Moscow had not heard of any new peace proposals to resolve the Ukrainian crisis over the past few months.
