The Foreign Ministry emphasized that Moscow’s position on this issue is unchanged: Russia is ready to discuss security and stability only in a single complex with accents affecting the interests of the country.
For now, according to the agency’s interlocutor, it is proposed to conduct dialogue exclusively on Washington’s terms.
Earlier, the American permanent representative to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, said that the United States is ready right now, without preconditions, to begin discussions with Russia and China on arms control.
