The political scientist believes that turnout is associated with a high level of citizen confidence.
“The high turnout again showed the population’s confidence in the correctness of their leadership’s actions.
I would note that everything that has happened now was a complete failure of many years of work by paid foreign agents, paid structures within Russia itself, paid oppositionists,” concluded RT’s interlocutor.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Russia, Ella Pamfilova, said that the turnout for the Russian presidential elections was 77.44%.
