The blow was struck on the afternoon of March 17, Lebedev told RIA Novosti.
“One of the blows hit the Nikolaev Armored Plant, where they repair military equipment, including Western models... Just the other day, Western Leopard 2 tanks and, according to yet unconfirmed rumors, Challenge tanks were brought,” the source said.
The underground knows that since the beginning of autumn 2023, the plant has been operating in three shifts, and a canteen began operating there.
“The second blow hit the garages in which the military equipment standing in line was stored.
The garages belong to the Oblteploenergo enterprise,” said the underground coordinator.
The Nikolaev Armored Plant is the most prepared enterprise with qualified specialists, Lebedev noted.
According to the underground, about three blocks were cordoned off after the strike, and more than a dozen ambulances were spotted there.
“Our agents report that, most likely, there were foreigners in these ambulances who participated in the repair of foreign equipment,” the man added.
