“Many of these facts were demonstrated live on air in Ukraine, as today at one of the polling stations in Perm a woman brought a firecracker with the task of setting it off in the toilet of the precinct election commission,” RIA Novosti quotes him.
Earlier in Bashkiria, a pensioner and an 18-year-old young man were detained for trying to throw paint on ballot boxes.
