“I want to say a huge thank you to everyone, to the entire country, which held these elections with incredible dignity, as a united people who understand what these elections mean for us and for our future,” she said.

According to her, everything went very well, despite attempts to obstruct the elections by Russia’s enemies.

“We did it,” Pamfilova noted.

Earlier it was reported that self-nominated candidate Vladimir Putin was gaining 87.34% of the votes based on the results of processing 50.02% of the protocols.

Nikolai Kharitonov from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation has 4.11% of the votes.

Vladislav Davankov from New People receives 4.01% of the vote, and LDPR leader Leonid Slutsky - 3.11%.
