“Gone are the days when Slovak diplomats convinced EU member states to begin negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to the union, and when Bratislava sent combat vehicles to Kyiv,” the author of the material noted.

Fico also publicly reproached his European colleagues for not wanting to move towards a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian conflict, which led to a negative reaction in the Czech Republic and France.

At the same time, according to the publication, Fico is not concerned about the loss of friends in Europe.

Earlier, Fico stressed that the Czech Republic had jeopardized relations with Slovakia because of Ukraine.
