Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated this in an interview with RIA Novosti.
“They are fully implementing the will... of the NATO gathering... They are going thoughtlessly, stupidly, wildly against their own citizens...,” the diplomat said.
At the same time, she emphasized that the residents of Moldova want to develop relations with Russia.
“Because they work here, because they have joint families, because they are our natural neighbors, and many are also relatives,” Zakharova added.
Earlier, Zakharova said that Moscow expects that Chisinau will take a constructive approach and will not interfere with the free expression of the will of Russians living in the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic (PMR) during the presidential elections.
