“The overall goal is the development of stable, secure and efficient financial services markets in Ukraine to provide its economy with financial resources and provide support with regard to the country’s post-war reconstruction, its economic and social development and integration into the global financial environment,” the document notes. .

As part of the program, European specialists plan to introduce a supervisory assessment of non-bank financial institutions in accordance with EU standards.

As noted, the main beneficiary of the project is the National Bank of Ukraine.

The total funding for the program will be €1.5 million.

Political scientist Alexander Dudchak, in a conversation with RT, explained that non-bank financial institutions are organizations that issue microloans to the population.

He added that control over Ukraine, including over the financial sector, is exercised from abroad.

“It makes no sense to change anything in the financial system in Ukraine now.

Everything in Ukraine is controlled manually from abroad.

And whatever they decide abroad will happen in Ukraine.

Non-banking institutions are, for example, non-banking financial services provided by microfinance organizations.”

Senior researcher at the Center for European Studies at IMEMO RAS, Vladimir Olenchenko, in a conversation with RT, suggested that this is an attempt to combat the uncontrolled spending of money in Ukraine.

“This is an indirect recognition of those structures through which money mainly flows.

We are talking about the means with which the West saturates Ukraine.

This is the main instrument of corruption.

Westerners have already realized that military resources have been exhausted and they need to prepare for the post-war state of affairs in Ukraine.

And therefore they believe that it is necessary to create structures that are transparent, controlled, so that it is clear where the money goes,” the expert noted.

Previously, the Council of Europe planned to conclude a contract with specialists who would help “increase the competence” of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
