According to RIA Novosti, the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov indicated that Putin called the head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov, the chairman of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov, the mayor of Sevastopol Alexei Chaly and the presidential envoy in the Crimean Federal District Oleg Belaventsev.

“Vladimir Putin spoke by phone with Aksyonov, Konstantinov, Belaventsev and Chaly and congratulated them on the tenth anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia,” the Kremlin spokesman said.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the issue of ownership of Crimea and Sevastopol was finally closed.

Crimea became a Russian region after a referendum took place there in March 2014: the majority of residents were in favor of reunification with Russia.
