The victim was hospitalized.
He said that in Belgorod, debris had entered the territory of an industrial enterprise, which caused a fire.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that at about 17:00 Moscow time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to strike from the RM-70 Vampire MLRS; 15 missiles were destroyed by air defense systems over the Belgorod region.
