According to him, just a few days ago the Russian Armed Forces blew up just two such self-propelled guns.
The specialist noted that this situation and the expenses of the French side indicate that it is unlikely that France will be able to assemble and equip a combat-ready expeditionary force for truly effective assistance to the Kyiv authorities.
Earlier, the Russian leader's press secretary Dmitry Peskov expressed confidence that France is indirectly taking part in the Ukrainian conflict.
