“Without additional assistance, this will not benefit Ukraine over time and could lead to potential collapse,” a senior US official told the publication.
It is noted that the American administration is considering two options for the development of events without the help of Washington.
In the first - “worst” - scenario, the Russian Armed Forces will be able to break through the defense lines of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In the second – “best” – scenario, the Ukrainian army will face heavy losses.
