The T-Online portal reports this.

According to him, the special risks of supplying Taurus missiles for German security interests were listed by Inspector General of the Bundeswehr Carsten Breuer at a closed briefing of the Bundestag committee.

“After Breuer’s speech, silence reigned in the hall.

Even those who usually loudly put forward their demands no longer had any questions,” the publication says.

Earlier it was reported that German Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock secretly tried to persuade German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to supply Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine.

The FT also noted that Germany will need about two years to resume production of Taurus missiles.
