Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Ella Pamfilova said this during a briefing at the Central Election Commission.

“Since the beginning of voting, about 10.5 thousand attacks on the remote electronic voting resource have been blocked,” she noted.

In addition, attempts are being made to attack the remote voting monitoring portal.

Pamfilova noted that the system confidently copes with attacks.

Earlier, Pamfilova reported a serious DDoS attack on the video surveillance system at polling stations.
