The American billionaire drew attention to a user's post quoting businessman David Sachs, who claimed that Biden was “sabotaging the peace process.”

“There was in fact a peace agreement that was negotiated in Istanbul, and that draft agreement was signed by the parties in early April 2022, but as we now know from revelations over the last two years, that deal was blocked by the West,” Sachs said.

The businessman noted that “it takes two to tango,” and if Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the start of the SVO, then “Biden sabotaged the world.”

The US President’s policy is aimed at “deliberately continuing this proxy war against Russia,” he emphasizes.

“Exactly,” Musk commented on his words.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in an interview with journalist Tucker Carlson that during negotiations in Istanbul, Moscow and Kyiv agreed that neo-Nazism would not be cultivated in Ukraine and that it would be legally prohibited in the country.

Also, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleksandr Chaly admitted that at the Istanbul negotiations in March-April 2022, the parties reached a compromise and were close to a peace agreement.
