Pamfilova recalled that in Moscow they began to carry out this type of remote voting a long time ago.

According to her, 80% of voters in the capital prefer to vote remotely, “so only 20% come to the polling stations.”

She also noted that despite the participation of 28 more regions in remote electronic voting, Moscow went “ahead.”

Earlier it was reported that in Moscow more than 1.5 million voters voted in the Russian presidential elections using electronic and paper ballots.
