The Mossos d'Esquadra are investigating the violent death of three members of the same family in Barcelona and Molins de Rei, a town a few kilometers from the Catalan capital.
The police force's first hypothesis is that a man has killed his parents - the woman in the Barcelona district of Sant Martí and the man in Molins de Rei - and then committed suicide.
After 10:00 am today, Friday, the Mossos d'Esquadra have been required to go to the Sant Martí district where the body of a dead woman had been located inside an apartment and with signs of criminality.
Upon arrival, the agents confirmed the discovery of the body and activated the investigators and the judicial procession. An hour later, the lifeless body of a man who showed signs of violence was located in Molins de Rei.
In addition, the body of another man has also been located who would be the son of both victims and could be related to the perpetrator of the events.
He allegedly committed suicide, according to the Mossos.
The Investigative Court 30 of Barcelona, acting as incident guard, is investigating the violent death of these three people from the same family.
The Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has explained in a statement that the judicial commission (magistrate, prosecutor, coroner and administration lawyer) have begun the process to carry out the removal of the bodies.
