As a result of the incident, the child lost consciousness and was taken to a health care facility for medical care,” the department said.
A search is underway for someone responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the house, as well as for carrying out seasonal roof cleaning work.
“Documents were requested from the hospital to determine the severity of the harm caused to the victim,” the prosecutor’s office added.
