He emphasized that today the Western military is present in Ukraine in the form of advisers and foreign mercenaries and at the same time they are suffering losses.
“But if we are talking about official military contingents of foreign states, then I am sure that this will not change the situation on the battlefield,” Putin noted.
In addition, he emphasized that the supply of weapons to Kyiv also does not change anything.
Putin also did not rule out that if the United States conducts nuclear tests, Russia may do the same.
