Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this in an interview with journalist Dmitry Kiselev for Rossiya 1 and RIA Novosti.
“They fantasize, they cheer themselves up, firstly.
Secondly, they are trying to intimidate us,” said the Russian leader.
At the same time, he emphasized that there are problems of a constitutional nature in Germany.
“They say correctly: if these Taurus end up in that part of the Crimean Bridge, which, of course, even according to their concepts, is Russian territory, this is a violation of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany,” Putin added.
Earlier, German Bundestag member Sarah Wagenknecht said that the scandal with the leak of a conversation between high-ranking German officers about possible attacks on the Crimean Bridge using Taurus cruise missiles lies not in the fact of the leak itself, but in the content of this conversation.
WP also noted that the split in the coalition of European countries in Ukraine plays into Putin’s hands.
In addition, the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption may appeal to the Russian Prosecutor General's Office with a request to check German officers for involvement in preparing a terrorist attack in Russia.
