The National Police arrested a 33-year-old physical education teacher from the San Juan Bosco charter school in Torrejón de Ardoz on Wednesday last week for an alleged crime of sexual assault of a minor under four years of age.

Her arrest occurred at the school itself after the little girl's parents went to the Torrejón police station reporting that the minor had been the victim of alleged sexual abuse by the

teacher who teaches children's gymnastics classes starting with children. of three years.

The case is under summary secrecy, since the Family and Women's Unit (UFAM) of

the National Police has opened an investigation to try to find out if there may be more cases

of this nature at the center and is interrogating more girls.

Last Friday the teacher was brought to justice for an alleged crime of sexual assault and pedophilia.

Court number 2 of first instance of Torrejón de Ardoz, on duty last week,

decreed the professor's release with charges and a restraining order for the girl and her home

.

Furthermore, for the protection of the minor , pre-constituted evidence of her statement

was taken, the

primary objective of which is to establish the first statement before the investigating judge and, under the public faith of the lawyer of the Administration of Justice and, the procedural parties in person (prosecutor , defense attorney and, where appropriate, the private prosecution if they were already present in this initial phase of the procedure), respecting some essential principles for its proper development, such as immediacy, protection, privacy, participation of experts and contradiction.

This test also prevents re-victimizing minors who have suffered an alleged sexual assault.

The physical education teacher, who

is also dedicated to teaching paddle tennis classes in private centers

, denied the facts and said he was innocent.

According to the complaint from the minor's parents, the girl told her mother a few days ago during breakfast that the gym teacher gave her kisses and told her to undress.

The parent was perplexed.

The creature continued saying that the teacher played games with them in class and told them to keep the secret.

Then her mother told the girl: "Let's play what the teacher told you, and see what he plays."

The girl said that she undressed the teacher and owed him kisses and she added: "She had hair on her little thing."

At the moment, the girl's testimony has been given credibility and it is not known if these events occurred in front of other kindergarten students.

The school is bilingual and gymnastics classes were taught in English.

The agents are now trying to verify if there may be more cases and, for now, the TSJM states that they are investigating to see if "there may be more children affected or not."

The San Juan Bosco school in Torrejón has not offered any information about what happened.

The secrecy is absolute to the anxiety of the parents, among whom numerous rumors circulate.

The parents learned last week of the teacher's arrest because he left the school in handcuffs.

Some have called the school to ask for explanations, but have only been told that "the vice principal is open to personally giving information to any of them."

"We only know that they have arrested a teacher, nothing more," said yesterday a man who was very upset with all the gossip that exists between groups of parents about this arrest of the teacher, who had been working at the center for at least six years with an impeccable record. , according to educational sources.

Some parents indicated that the teacher has always had exemplary behavior and

they doubt that he could have committed something of that severity.

The Ministry of Education explained yesterday that it has been aware of the events in the charter school and that the Educational Inspection has already contacted the center.
