China News Service, Paris, March 11 (Xinhua) UNESCO released a report on the 11th local time showing that Ukraine will need more than US$1.2 billion to rebuild scientific infrastructure, of which US$980 million will be spent on repairing universities.

One hundred million U.S. dollars.

In addition to the building itself, more than 750 pieces of scientific research equipment used in various studies were damaged in Ukraine, 643 of which were beyond repair.

The cost of repairing these critical equipment amounts to $45.9 million.

In addition, 18 scientific research institutions were forced to relocate, including many institutions studying local biodiversity and ecology, and these studies cannot be conducted remotely.
