The

Madrid Prosecutor's Office

has filed a complaint against the partner of the president of the

Community of Madrid

, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, the businessman

Alberto González Amador

, for alleged tax fraud of 350,951 euros committed in the years 2020 and 2021.

The complaint, advanced by

eldiario.es

and to which

EL MUNDO

has had access , details a corporate framework designed to issue false invoices with the "purpose of entering into the public treasury a smaller amount than the amount that was required to be paid for the tax on companies for the years 2020 and 2021".

The complaint from the Public Prosecutor's Office is directed against five people - among them Ayuso's partner, who appears as the sole administrator of the main company investigated - and the companies

Maxwell Cremona Engineering

and

Processes Sociedad Para El Fomento Del Medioambiente SL, MKE Manufacturing SA de CV , Gayani LTD, Purpura Star SL, Baluarte Desarrollo de Centro Especial de Empleo SL, Desarrollo de CEE El Manantial SL, Bianconera Spa SL, Ginmosur SL

and

Masterman&Whitaker SL

as subsidiary civil parties responsible for the two crimes against the Public Treasury and document falsification.

The prosecutor explains that the company Maxwell Cremona Engineering and Processes Society for the Promotion of the Environment SL, during the verified period, that is, the fiscal years of 2020 and 2021, was registered under heading 8,439 of the Tax on Economic Activities, called "other technical services".

The Public Ministry explains that "it has been detected that said company, with the purpose of evading its taxation, given the increase in the volume of business that it had experienced in those years, carried out certain behaviors, with the sole purpose of reducing said taxation, improperly deducting expenses by virtue of invoices that do not correspond to services actually provided, invoices that were issued by the commercial companies MKE Manufacturing SA de CV, Gayani LTD, Purpura Star SL, Baluarte Desarrollo de Centro Especial de Empleo SL, Desarrollo de CEE El Manantial SL, Bianconera Spa SL and Ginmosur SL".

Specifically, the defrauded contributions amount to 155,000 euros for the Corporate Tax for the year 2020 and 195,951.41 euros for the year 2021.

The PSOE demands "immediate explanations" from Ayuso

The complaint filed by the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Madrid against González Amador has activated the left-wing parties in the capital that are already targeting the president of the Community of Madrid.

From those around the

popular

leader they assure that the case "does not affect the Community of Madrid" and that it is an "accusation by the Treasury" that will have to be proven "if it is true."

Similar arguments have been used by the president of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, who, in an interview on Onda Cero, has pointed out that it will be the partner of the regional president who "will have to respond to the Tax Agency like any citizen in our country."

"As far as I know, Isabel Díaz Ayuso does not have any problem with the Tax Agency," he indicated.

However, from the ranks of the PSOE and Más Madrid, "immediate explanations with transparency" are demanded from the regional president.

"Before asking Mrs. Ayuso for political responsibilities, what I am going to demand of her is that she give all the necessary explanations today, that she tell us whether or not she knew anything about this and how it could have benefited her," said the Secretary General of the PSOE-M, Juan Lobato, who has shown his "full confidence in Justice and the Tax Agency"

"There is no point in double standards in politics with the atrocities that we have heard these days," stressed the leader of the Madrid socialists, referring to the pressure that the Community of Madrid has exerted in recent weeks with the Koldo case. linking it to a "corrupt plot" by both Moncloa and Ferraz.

Lobato has focused above all on "the million-euro apartment" that Ayuso and his partner bought in the Chamberí neighborhood to find out if it has been financed "in part with money defrauded from all Spaniards."

Más Madrid has moved along the same line, whose spokesperson in the Assembly, Manuela Bergerot, has asked Ayuso to "urgently clarify" whether that property "was purchased with money that comes from tax fraud."

"While the people of Madrid fight to make ends meet, to pay rent or a mortgage, Ayuso lives like a king in his apartment. While people were dying, his partner committed tax fraud to increase his profits by 350,000 euros and his brother pocketed 234,000 for contracting with the Community of Madrid," he noted.

The Minister of Health and leader of Más Madrid, Mónica García, has also spoken out regarding the information that points to Ayuso's partner for alleged tax fraud.

"They were going to make the same money," said the head of Health through her Twitter account after making public the report from the Tax Agency that attributes to Alberto González Amador two crimes of tax fraud in the corporate tax, 155,000 euros in 2020 and 195,000 euros the following year.
