“The liberation of Nevelskoy gives us tactical and operational-tactical opportunities to put pressure on the garrison of the Ukrainian armed forces in Krasnogorovka, which our artillerymen and the Aerospace Forces covered with all available forces and means over the past 24 hours,” Kimakovsky told TASS.
In the battles for this settlement, Ukrainian troops lost several hundred military personnel and dozens of pieces of equipment, the agency’s interlocutor added.
On March 12, the Ministry of Defense reported that Russian units liberated the village of Nevelskoye in the Donetsk direction in the DPR.
