The controversial influencer
Andrew Tate

sexual assault
in a British case dating back to 2012-2015, explains his spokesperson, Mateea Petrescu.
The Bucharest Court of Appeal is scheduled to make a "crucial decision" on Tuesday on the execution of orders issued by Westminster Magistrates' Court.
Tate is accused in another case in Romania of
rape
,

He was arrested near the capital, Bucharest, in December 2022 along with Tristan and two Romanian women in this other case and the prosecution formally charged the four detainees in June, although they have denied the accusations.
