Prohibition of advertising on foreign agents' resources

On March 11, Vladimir Putin signed a law that introduces a ban on placing advertisements on the information resources of foreign agents.

The document amends Art.

“The law establishes a ban on advertising the information resources of foreign agents in the media and in messages and materials of the media in information and telecommunications networks,” the Kremlin press service said in a statement.

It is also prohibited to distribute advertising on the information resource of a foreign agent.

For violation of the law, a fine of 50 thousand rubles for individuals and 500 thousand rubles for legal entities is provided, RIA Novosti reports.

In addition, if a foreign agent or a legal entity established by him violates the rules of activity, after being brought to administrative responsibility twice within a year, he will face up to two years in prison.

Payments in case of death in the NWO zone for civilian personnel

Putin also signed a decree that extends a payment of 5 million rubles to a number of new categories of persons in the event of their death during the SVO.

Responsibility for violation of the terms of the state defense order

The President also signed a law that establishes administrative liability for violating the terms of a government contract as part of the implementation of a state defense order.

We are talking about cases of violation by an official of a state customer of the terms of a state contract for a state defense order or violation by an official of a military representative office of a state customer of the procedure or deadlines for quality control or acceptance of goods, work or services supplied under a state order.

The fine will range from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.

Requirements for alcohol producers

Putin also signed a law clarifying the requirements for producers of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.

The law, in particular, provides for an increase in the minimum authorized capital of individual organizations engaged in the production of ethyl alcohol from 10 million to 100 million rubles.

In addition, a list of individuals with an unsatisfactory business reputation is being introduced, who are prohibited from holding a number of management positions in organizations involved in the production of ethyl alcohol or alcoholic beverages.

Payments to pensioners with dependent great-grandchildren

By another law, Putin approved the procedure for increasing the fixed payment to the old-age insurance pension and to the disability insurance pension for persons whose dependent great-grandchildren are under 18 years of age.

This measure also applies to pensioners who have dependent great-grandchildren who have reached the age of 18 and are studying full-time in educational institutions until they complete such training (but no longer than until they reach the age of 23) or are older than this age, if they are under age 18 years old became disabled.

“As a general rule, this increase is established in the amount of one third of the amount of a fixed payment to the old-age insurance pension or to the disability insurance pension for each disabled family member (but not more than for three family members),” the Kremlin press service said in a statement. .

Agreement with Great Britain on fisheries

Among other things, the president denounced the fisheries agreement signed by Moscow and London in 1956.

As the Kremlin press service noted, the document has a “predominantly one-sided orientation,” and there are no commensurate benefits for the Russian side.

It is emphasized that, taking into account the decision of the British side to denounce the most favored nation regime in bilateral trade, the denunciation of the fisheries agreement “will not cause serious foreign policy and economic consequences” for Moscow.
