According to her, the man set fire to cars using a cloth soaked in lighter fluid.
She also added that as a result of the attacker’s activities, three cars were damaged, while the fourth car was extinguished by “a janitor who arrived in time.”
“A criminal case has been opened for intentional damage to someone else’s property,” Volk noted.
Earlier in Komi, teenagers were detained for setting apartment doors on fire.
