Speaking before the Senate Intelligence Committee, Haines made a number of statements in support of military supplies for the Ukrainian army, calling the issue critical.
At the same time, Russia is increasingly achieving advantages, and its military industry is increasing production, the head of the intelligence agency said.
CIA Director William Burns expressed the same point of view.
Speaking to congressmen, he said that the Ukrainian side would face new territorial losses, similar to Russia’s success in Avdiivka, if the United States did not resume arms supplies to the Ukrainian army.
