TASS writes about this with reference to the court.

“Ministry of Internal Affairs investigators petitioned the Tverskoy Court of Moscow for the arrest in absentia of Shcherbakov, as well as Dmitry Zhmutsky,” the court said.

Both defendants are accused of extortion in order to obtain property on an especially large scale.

As law enforcement agencies told the agency, Shcherbakov and Zhmutsky are accused in the case of extortion from Rostec top manager Vasily Brovko.

In February, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow sentenced the commercial director of journalist Ksenia Sobchak Kirill Sukhanov, the former editor-in-chief of Tatler magazine Arian Romanovsky and journalist Tamerlan Bigaev in the case of extortion from the head of the Rostec company Sergei Chemezov.
