“Additional hires” 

The union is demanding in particular "additional hiring in customer relations professions" and "improvement of working conditions following the deployment of the new ticket sales software and taking into account the arduousness of the jobs concerned" .

The SNCF will open sales of its TGV Inoui and Intercités on Wednesday for the period including the summer school holidays and the Olympic and Paralympic Games, i.e. from July 6 to September 11.

The Ouigo will be open for booking for trips until December 14.

“All trains will be in circulation this summer” with “400,000 additional seats” on TGV Inoui compared to summer 2023, SNCF Voyageurs said on Monday.

“Over the period of the Olympic and Paralympic Games”, 4 million Inoui, Ouigo and Intercités tickets to or from Paris will be offered, added the carrier.
