Dzhabarov called such statements from the head of the special service not very common, since “as a rule, the leadership of the special services not only does not talk about upcoming operations, but also does not comment on them after they are carried out.”
“Either this is a fake, or this is stupidity, or this is some kind of confidence that this will definitely be implemented,” Dzhabarov noted in an interview with Lenta.ru.
He called the implementation of such plans unlikely, adding that Russia will nevertheless take note of Budanov’s words.
Earlier, Budanov said that Kyiv was preparing a serious operation on the territory of Crimea.
